I am a firm believer in intuitive eating. My body knows better than my brain what it needs to survive (this doesn’t include cravings, just real hunger)
My nutritionist has worked with me on trying to eat when I am at a 3 on a hunger scale of 1-10, and stopping when I am at a 7, and it works.
I recently found out I am intolerant to gluten, dairy, and soy and have been a vegetarian for most of my life. I must admit that since my protein options have been cut down quite a bit with my new intolerances I will occasionally eat meat when I go out to eat or when it is served to me at someones house. Otherwise I have little to no food options. At home everything I make is vegan/gluten free. I love to bake and cook and try to do it in a healthy way. I hope to have some of my recipes on here for everyone soon!
